REFUND POLICY:

 

The items returned must be intact and in the original packaging. We do not accept goods damaged or used by the customer. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If the return is for manufacturing faults, the shipment is borne by us. If the return is due to afterthought of the customer, the shipment is borne by the customer.

The return is valid within 30 days of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY:

 

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 6 days of purchase if in stock. The carrier we use is UPS for U.S.A. and Europe. For Italy we use GLS. If the products ordered are not in stock, we inform you of the delivery time, and if the customer does not want to wait, we will return the part of money owed.
